The Quote Process

Step 1

Provide us with details as per this quote form.

Step 2

If there are any further details required to enable Protego to provide the requested quotes or information, an e-mail will be sent to you requesting these details.

Step 3

Once all of the required information is received by Protego, quotes will be obtained from all six companies provided on this website.

Step 4

An e-mail will then be sent to you with various options (e.g. sums insured, premiums, companies) to suit your needs and budget.

Step 5

Dependent on your decision, you will need to reply to Protego with the option that you would like to proceed with. Alternatively, feel free to ask us questions if you want further clarification.

Step 6

Upon receipt of your decision, hard-copy proposals applicable to the company and insurance cover you wish to proceed with will be sent to you for completion. These proposals contain questions that provide the insurance company with information allowing them to appropriately underwrite the insurance cover. The proposals need to be completed accurately, comprehensively and truthfully.

Step 7

Once you have completed the forms they will need to be returned in an attached reply-paid envelope to Protego, who will forward on to the appropriate company for underwriting purposes.
